Jawad has extensive experience, spanning around 30 years in the Global Cement Industry, during which time he has held prominent Leadership positions in a Leading Cement Group. Through his Vision and Focus on a strong Clientele driven approach, he established Cem Asia Trading in 2012, and the Company has since successfully cemented its position as a Leading International Cement Trading Company, with Jawad having steered the Company to achieve a notable cumulative volume of 32 million tonnes with a turnover of USD 1.4 Billion.

Pablo, with over 25 years experience in the Cement Industry, has held prominent roles in the development and management of international industrial operations in the Middle East, and Africa. This includes an 18 year tenure with Holcim Trading holding successive senior management roles such as Managing Director of Holcim Grinding Mills & Cement Terminals – Middle East & West Africa , CFO Holcim Trading & CEO Grinding Mills Holcim Nicaragua. Pablo, was responsible for the coordination and supervisor of financials of USD 1.2 billion operations. He also held the position of CEO Societe des Ciment’s d’Enfida (part of Cementos Portland Valderrivas).

Parveen has a strong legal knowledge, as a Post Graduate in Maritime Law Studies (Lloyd’s Maritime, London) coupled with a background of over 20 Years in Shipping and Dry Bulk Cargo Chartering. Previously, as Chartering Manager in Holcim Trading Dubai, she was instrumental in the set-up and operation of the Shipping department, and has a very extensive experience in Chartering all categories of Ships, including Period, Time and Voyage Charters, through evolving shipping cycles and trends.

As Head of of Shipping & Legal at Cem Asia Trading, she is responsible for the chartering and operations of over 100 ships annually.
